Todd Barrow is an award-winning Country music artist. He was honored with ‘Best Country Album’ by the Akademia Music Awards and in 2016, he won the PRSA Award of Excellence (greater Ft. Worth chapter). His latest single, "Broken Guitar Man" can be found on all major digital outlets like iTunes. "Broken Guitar Man" enters the world of a touring artist living life on the road and is currently being featured on the Country Club Radio Show on National Indie Radio (WNIR).
Todd’s main draw to country music is the stories, the people, and the sincerity that comes from the heart.
“If I can put a smile on someone’s face through song, well that just means the world to me. I like to write some of my own music and also perform others. I try to get to the real heart and soul of a song. To me, it's not just words but a story and I do my best to portray that with every line.”
Gaining exposure in places like Nashville and Texas, Todd is on the Country Music Vibe Agency and CMR roster. He has performed at John Schneider Studio’s Bo's Extravaganza where he was in great company- Kix Brooks, Paul Overstreet, Lu Lu Roman, Cody Mccarver, John Schneider and Tom Wopat were also on the bill and recently, he appeared with Country Star Jack Ingram. Todd appeared with Jerry Matheny on Good Morning Texas ! He has been a featured artist in JamSphere Magazine and was in the Top 10 on Alternative Root Magazine. He also received critical acclaim on the national blog, Indie Spoonful.
Todd is AVA Live Radio which is owned by Jacqueline Jax and has worked with PBS TV on the show, "Texas Music Café", reminiscing about his time in the studio in Nashville with friends who played with Randy Travis/ Kenny Chesney on, "Give me a chance tonight" tracks.
Todd is proud to be a member of the Texas Music Office, BMI and the Fort Worth Songwriter's Association, the American Music Podcasting and American Songwriter Magazine, the Harry Fox Agency and the International Singer-Songwriters Association. Todd also works with the Winners Circle Country Music Publishing, an organization dedicated to helping artists in the country music business through an extensive song catalog.
Todd is honored to be a apart of the Ronald McDonald House Ft. Worth. As a side note he is a member of the Texas Hog Hunters Association and a proud veteran of USMC!
