About “We Are All Mad Here”: When Luna first read Alice in Wonderland ,her favorite characters were the Mad Hatter and his friends. They were different and a bit mad yet together, yet they drank tea and embraced each others' peculiarities. 'We Are All Mad Here' was produced by Luna and her father, Roger. The song's stellar lineup includes guest artists Ralf Erkel on keyboard, Dave Mette on the drum track, and Eddie Diaz who finalized the mix with trumpet. Uli Pfannmüller mixed the song giving it the “final mad feeling."
“Wouldn't the world be a better place, if we would do this? Instead of condemning each other for our skin color, beliefs, who we love or politics , we would embrace diversity and celebrate it in friendship. This is the idea that made me write 'We are all mad here'. A song for everyone, that invites you to be a part of a colorful happy crowd that doesn't judge or discriminate. But often our attempts for equality and unity end in more division and hatred. That's why I sing “violence is no solution and this is not a revolution, just a song”. This song doesn't blame anyone; it's not some kind of lesson for people that aren't tolerant. It's just a song about the beauty of being allowed to be different. About Luna Keller:
18-year old Luna Keller grew up in a musical family. Her father plays piano, guitar and bass and her mother plays piano and sings. By age 8, Luna was singing in a choir and trying different instruments. Within five years, she fell in love with the guitar and started writing her own songs. Today, Luna records in her home studio with her father and veteran music producer and audio engineer, Uli Pfannmüller. Luna has also collaborated with amazing musicians such as Bruce White (Peter Gabriel, U2, Coldplay, Adele) who played viola on her debut single, "Sunset". Luna's two singles "Packing my Bags" and "Young Love" gained worldwide recognition and critical acclaim. In 2018, “Packing My Bags” was on the IMA nominated album 'That Summer, Volume 1' by BWH Music Group and it was also used in a Starbucks ad campaign! Luna is a Hollywood Songwriter Contest finalist and American Songwriter Nominee for her single, "Black and Blue". She is also a Music City Songstar Finalist for her song "Burning House" which was written about her experience as a child being evacuated from her home due to a wildfire. “I Try” was the follow-up song to “Burning House” about hope and perseverance.
Currently, Luna has an upcoming EP titled “Alice Is in Love with the Mad Hatter” inspired by the book Alice in Wonderland. In 2019, 3 singles were released from the EP: “I Don't Know Where I'm Going", “We Are All Mad Here”, and the title track. The full EP will be released this summer and will feature exciting guest musicians Ralf Erkel (Haddaway) and Dave Mette (Laith Al-Deen, Philipp Poisel).
Luna hails from the sunny island of Tenerife where she can be found busking for the locals. She has also played stages and events throughout Ireland. Luna has written for the International Day for Violence Against Women and Ocean and Environmental Day which was celebrated on the “My Heart Beats Blue Event” hosted by the internet television station 24-7tenerifetv.
