Josh Breezzyy travels through the different era's of hip hop while collaborating with big name producers on his hit filled 18-track classic, Third Dimension. With the likes of DJPain1 and Mr. Porter of D12, Josh Breezzyy shows just how good he is when it comes to the pen and paper. About Josh Breezzyy

Joshua Brewster, better known by his stage name "Josh Breezzyy," is an American rapper and engineer from Long Island NY, residing in North Carolina. Currently, Josh is the CEO of Independent Record Label, McKnight Records operating under Josh Breezzyy LLC. Josh released Third Dimension (January 17th, 2020) which features artists like Caprot, a long time friend and original McKnight Records artist, Breanna Marin, LaKeith Rashad, John Concepcion, and Eminem long time friend Mr. Porter from D-12. Third Dimension is Josh's biggest album to date, garnishing over 90,000 streams in the album's first week.


History

Josh Breezzyy has released a Trilogy Saga of music. He first appeared in the rap and hip hop realm with his Mixtape "Illuminati Pt. 1: The Mixtape." Then 2 years later, he hit the streets.s iTunes, and Spotify with his first full-length LP Illuminati Pt. 2: Before They Take Me (February of 2014). After a 3-month hiatus from the local and world wide scene, Josh threw a curve-ball mix-tape into the mix with his release of Illuminati: Willows Way EP which released in July of 2014. Nest up, Josh released "Hands Up, Don't Shoot," a single which contained very aggressive and political lyrics, a catchy and meaningful hook, and an excerpt from Malcolm X. This video sky-rocketed and received notification from Rapper ICE-T as well as multiple NAACP chapters and many critically acclaimed hip hop heads. Within the video, contained what YouTube deemed "Copyright Material" which in reality was a montage of police brutality videos. At its peek of ten- thousand, three- hundred and twenty five views (10,325) the video was removed do to this "Copyrighted Material".


In the Summer of 2015, Josh's third installment of the Illuminati Saga: "Illuminati Pt.3: Gone But Not Forgotten" hit the market with a build up fueled by a 2 hour in-depth interview which was live streamed from the Kyle K Show where Josh discussed everything from the meaning of "Illuminati" to the very first release from the album "Let It Go" Ft. Anna. which commercially flourished. After the success of "Something About You" and "Let It Go" Josh sharpened his skills as an Emcee and songwriter and released "MASK: Music and Soul Kit" with the Single "Away With Me." "Away With Me" features singer Hennessy and marks their first collaboration. The song did well and is still streaming well almost a year later.


In May of 2017 Josh released the logic inspired track "All of Us" promoting peace, love and positive vibes which got high praise from hip hop blogs and his fans. He released the music video May 20th, 2017 and it marked his first venture into music videos. In 2018, Josh released his critically acclaimed album "Tortured Artist" with the singles being "Outer Space" featuring Croatian artist Vanja Jeleca and "In My Head".


In 2019, Josh's stand-out single "All I Ever Wanted" was met with a great reception from his peers and growing fan base. It was quite the change of pace from the slower previous works on "Tortured Artist" and was known as the "Song of the Summer" by his fans. This momentum was continued with trap inspired song "Call The Cops" featuring friend and artist St. Droper. A tour followed with 5 different locations in 5 different states to sold out crowds. He continued the momentum with single "D.O.A." produced by Still Movin producer Reezy.


Josh would go on to record the rest of his album "Third Dimension" including smash single "Feel Me" featuring Breanna Marin. This would fuel the fire for Josh's new album and even gathered his first news paper article from his home town paper.
