Jonny Porter's New Single, "Look Out", Addresses The Current State Of The World

Can You Feel The Weight Of The World? - "Look Out! " (Oakville, Ontario)

On September 29th, 2020, Jonny Porter will release his second project titled Look Out. Look Out is a 6 song EP. The six songs are heavily inspired by drug addiction, love and loss, and the weight of current world affairs and social politics. Whether it's the opening track "Burning Up/ Coming Home," which is about re-birthing one's self and making hard changes to better the soul, or the EP's lead single "Look Out" which repeats the chorus hook over and over "Look Out, Look Out- Here comes the weight of the world!," there is no doubt that Jonny Porter is communicating that "The world has changed, I've changed, and where do we go from here? "

"This song is so deep and anyone whoever had issues in their life could somehow relate to this song. The vocals are incredible and the instrumentals are up beat and fast pace which make the song more catchy and the production was done right. I love it. 10/10" - TuneCore Music Review of "Look Out."

Also of merit is the second single off the EP, "Weekend Accident," which deals with the current Opiate epidemic plaguing the world. Check out the video!

Unlike Jonny's first album Grave Bird, (Gypsy Soul Records) Look Out is being released independently with a focus on online distribution through major digital outlets including Apple Music, Spotify, Naptser, Amazon, as well as every other popular online music retailer. Make sure to stream the EP or buy a copy on September 29th, 2020.
