Dark Inside Your Mind will be the ensemble’s third studio record to date and first since 2019’s Between Peace and Pressure. What Remains swings and slides along while lyrically provoking a sense of urgency, imploring the listener to look closer. The new single is also accompanied by a “Tarantino-esque” music video of the band members partaking in a poker game gone wrong.
In support of the release, Fleet will hit the road for a string of dates across some of New England’s premier venues. They will be supported by Vermont’s O’K & The Night Crew and Rhode Island’s Eclectic Electric.
Debuted on June 23rd, the song can be heard below:
“A funky blues voyage” – Rob Duguay, The Independent
“Their liquid versatility enables them to nuance the intricacies of the band’s sound – which is an all-are-welcome amalgam of many different indie rock styles.” – Rick Koster, The Day
