Abigail Fierce Releases New Single - 'Some Sorta Goodbye’

Abigail Fierce's Latest Single "Some Sorta Goodbye" is a Singer-Songwriter Pop/Rock Track About Sabotaging a Relationship Before It Collapses On It's Own

(Los Angeles, CA)

Abigail Fierce is a 19 year-old singer-songwriter based in LA. Her latest single ”Some Sorta Goodbye" is a singer-songwriter pop/rock track. She is the sole author of the song and she always plays all of the instruments on her own tracks, except the drums.

“Some Sorta Goodbye” is a break up song of sorts - but with a fresh take on the subject. The song describes being incapable of being close to someone, and no matter how much you want things to be or end nicely, you always end up breaking it and messing everything up. In the first verse, Fierce sings about a seemingly ok relationship, but by the second verse the message is clear that things aren’t always so clear.

“So I turn on the TV louder than it should be to drown out all the lonely sounds of my mind so tightly wound / And I know that I’m hard to catch, break things so they never last and you thought maybe this time I’d stay but I let you down again / Hard to find the right words when there are no words left to say.” — Lyrics by Abigail Fiece in "Some Sorta Goodbye"

About Abigail Fierce AbigailFierce is a 19 year-old singer-songwriter/actress living in LA. She loves to write songs alone at 4am. She can be seen as Wendy on the new Hulu series "Love, Victor", Netflix's "American Vandal" and Hannah Stocking's "The Set Up."

“Abigail Fierce has that same sort of sultry vocal tone that catapulted Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac into stardom though Fierce delivers more of a Folksy singer/songwriter vibe here on this track. ‘Some Sorta Goodbye’ is about looking for the end of a relationship straight from the very beginning. The expectation things will end badly, so the act of self-sabotage keeps the loss from being on someone else’s terms. ” — Travis Erwin (LA on Lock Blogger)
